CloudTeam Sp. z o.o. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Polish Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies. This accessibility statement applies to the website of the Credentium platform: the issuer panel (issuer.credentium.com), the wallet (wallet.credentium.com) and the public digital credential pages shared by their holders.

Date of publication of the website: . Date of the last significant update: .

Digital accessibility status

This website is partially compliant with the annex to the Digital Accessibility Act due to the non-compliances listed below.

Inaccessible content

Non-compliance with the annex

  • PDF files of digital credentials (downloaded in the wallet and on the public credential page) are not accessible documents: they have no PDF/UA structure, so screen readers cannot recognise their headings or reading order, and the logo, seal and QR code have no text alternatives. The same information is available on the public digital credential page and in the credential's JSON-LD file. We will make the PDF files accessible by 30 November 2026.

Preparation of the accessibility statement

We prepared this statement on on the basis of a self-assessment.

After every deployment of the platform, automated tests (axe-core) check the key pages of the issuer panel, the wallet and the public pages against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 success criteria at levels A and AA. We also checked the main paths (signing in, issuing, sharing a credential) by hand, using only the keyboard. Automated tests do not cover all WCAG criteria. We will carry out a full manual evaluation, including screen readers, once the PDF files are accessible, and update this statement then. Details: self-assessment report.

Feedback and contact information

If you have problems with the accessibility of the platform, please contact the Credentium support team: e-mail support@cloudteam.global, phone +48 22 379 02 00. You can use the same channels to request information that is not accessible and to request that accessibility be provided.

Organisations, including universities, use the Credentium platform to issue their own digital credentials. When such an organisation is a public sector body, it is responsible towards its users for accessibility and handles their requests. CloudTeam Sp. z o.o. supports it as the platform provider.

Handling of accessibility requests and complaints

Everyone has the right to request that a website or any of its elements be made digitally accessible. You can also request the information in an alternative form, for example by having an inaccessible document read out. The request should include the requester's details, the website or element it concerns, and a way to contact the requester. If the requester needs the information in an alternative form, they should say which form suits them.

We handle requests without undue delay and no later than 7 days from the day the request is made. If that is not possible, we promptly tell the requester when the request will be handled, which may not be later than 2 months from the day the request was made. If making the content accessible is not possible, we may offer an alternative way to access the information.

If we refuse to provide accessibility or an alternative way to access the information, you can file a complaint with the Management Board of CloudTeam Sp. z o.o., Plac Konesera 9, 03-736 Warsaw, Poland, e-mail support@cloudteam.global. After this procedure you can apply to the Polish Commissioner for Human Rights (Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich).

CloudTeam Sp. z o.o. is not a public sector body within the meaning of the Digital Accessibility Act. We follow this statement and procedure voluntarily, modelled on the Act.
