What happens after the subscription ends? Archive

Your subscription expires after 30 days (Event plan) or 12 months (Professional plan).

  • Access to issued micro-credentials (view, verify)
  • Cannot issue new credentials (read‑only mode)

90 days after expiration the account is permanently deleted. Issued micro-credentials remain in recipients' wallets and can still be verified — regardless of whether the issuer account exists.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have more than 1 template in Event mode?

Event mode is designed as one event = one template. If you need multiple templates (different programmes/editions), choose the Professional plan.

What happens after the subscription expires?

The account switches to Archive mode (read‑only) — you can view and verify issued micro-credentials but cannot issue new ones. After 90 days the account is permanently deleted. Issued micro-credentials remain in recipients' wallets and can still be verified.

Can I upgrade from Event to an annual plan?
